The Sermon Synopsis

We tried to publish our Sunday sermons regularly, some time ago now.  It as difficult to do because the messages are highly interactive.  This is my preference.  I believe that people ought to engage with the message in order to receive and contribute to it.  So many sermons are one dimensional monologues.  My increasing difficulty with this is that I believe this is the same dynamic as watching it on television at home.  It is far too easy to tune out or to simply ask away from it and ignore it.

On Tuesdays I will publish the reader’s digest version of the message.  Undoubtedly there will be weeks when this does not take place.  I hope to make it a consistent practice.  Please feel free to share as you wish.
